Who may purchase alcohol
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol from us. We may require age or identity verification before accepting or delivering an order. We may refuse or cancel an order where we cannot complete the required checks.
Products, prices and availability
We aim to describe products, pack sizes and availability accurately. Products are subject to availability and may sell out before an order is accepted. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately and are confirmed at checkout.
Ordering and payment
When you place an order, we will acknowledge it by email. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, and we may contact you if there is a problem with availability, pricing or verification. Payment is processed through secure Stripe-powered payment methods. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Delivery
Delivery charges and the current delivery information are set out on our Delivery & Shipping page. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. Alcohol deliveries are age restricted and verification may be required.
